Florida Shroom King

Florida Shroom King grows its mushrooms outdoors in real weather, using what it describes as wild-simulated methods, without synthetics, pesticides, or chemical inputs. Lion's Mane and Oyster mushrooms are cultivated on the farm; Reishi is partly farm-grown and partly wild-foraged by a partner wildcrafter in Michigan. Chaga and Turkey Tail are wild-foraged by that same Michigan partner. Extracts are made from whole fruiting bodies, are alcohol-free and solvent-free, and use ultrasound to draw out bioactive compounds through physical means rather than chemical solvents. Lion's Mane extract receives an additional cryo-extraction step using sublimation to stabilize the fresh fruiting bodies at harvest. The finished extracts incorporate nanoencapsulation in a glycerin base. All growing and extraction takes place under one roof on land the business describes as having been farmland for over a hundred years.
