Farmshare Austin holds USDA certified organic status and Real Organic Project certification on its 13-acre farm. It grows diversified vegetables and sources produce from other Texas farms to supplement its Mobile Markets and home delivery offerings. The farm runs a tiered farmer training pathway: Farmer Starter, a five-month immersive program on its working certified organic farm; Cultivator, which gives graduates land, tools, equipment, and mentorship to operate a micro-farm for up to one year; and the Central Texas Farm Incubator Collaborative, a three-year program for advanced beginning farmers providing land access, infrastructure, and business training. Community classes and workshops for working farmers are also offered in partnership with local organizations.
