EZ Ranch is a third-generation family cattle ranch selling beef directly from the ranch to customers. It offers both grass-finished and grain-finished beef, with grain-finished options featuring Akaushi cross cattle (half Akaushi, half Angus cross). Customers can purchase by the quarter, half, or whole animal, or buy individual cuts and curated packages. The ranch also raises chickens and produces canned goods. All beef sold by EZ Ranch is all-natural and hormone-free. Cattle graze on native grasslands and irrigated pastures, supplemented with alfalfa hay as needed. Only animals born and raised on the ranch are sold, allowing the ranch to provide a full history of each animal. Grain-finished Akaushi cross cattle are finished on non-GMO grains and are DNA-verified. No hormones or mRNA vaccines are used. Antibiotics are administered only when necessary for an animal's well-being, and any such animal is removed from the beef program. After harvest, beef is processed at a local, family-owned processing facility.
